Common problems
- The assistant cannot read my DARS. Upload the PDF saved from DARS, not a screenshot or scanned copy; scanned PDFs have no text to read.
- My plan was forgotten. Plans are tied to one conversation and expire 30 days after last use. Upload your DARS again in a new chat.
- A requirement looks wrong. Results are estimates from public Guide data. Your DARS and advisor are authoritative; please email the course and requirement so it can be fixed.
